Access & Login

If you have already registered for the event you can login here.

If you cannot remember the password you used you can always use the forgot password option and a new link will be sent to your registered email from [email protected].

Please note, no visitors can access the platform until after 1st June , so you will only receive your login email after this date.

Until the 1st June you will not receive a confirmation email with access to the platform. If it is after this date, please check your spam folder. The email will have come from [email protected]. If you cannot find the email you can visit and request a new password.

Most of your profile will be pre-filled from the registration form that you completed. In the My Profile tab in the top right you can edit some of your details such as Profile Picture, Short Bio, website etc… To get the most out of the event, please make sure your profile is complete.

Most of your profile will be pre-filled from the registration form. To make any edits please go back to the registration form here and use your Unique Registration Code that you received in your confirmation email to login and edit your profile. These edits will then transfer to the event platform.

Content Session

By default the system follows your device's time zone. But you have an option to switch to your event's time zone on the event home page in the event description area.

You can find all the content sessions in the 'Full Agenda' tab. The content will take place during the Series days and will be divided between on demand content and live content. Make sure to add any sessions you are interested into your agenda to make sure you don’t miss out. 

The on-demand sessions will be available 24/7 but the live will only be available live, so please make sure to check the type of content it is to make sure you don’t miss out. 

There is a chat functionality in all the content sessions where you can ask questions and engage further with the content.

In the 'My Series' tab you can see all your schedule and bookmarks, displayed in your local time. In the right-hand side, you can export all your meetings and content sessions to your personal calendar.

You can see them under the "My Series" tab on the home page or on the top of the page.


You need to navigate to the profile of the attendee to whom you wish to send a connection and use the "Send a Connection Request" box on the right hand side of the page. You can connect and chat directly with someone or schedule a meeting.

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible, and you can only meet 1-2-1.

You can see all the attendees you've reached out to and your upcoming meetings under the "My Series' section.
